I feel this one gets forgotten too much, but I genuinely do think people should give this song a chance. The beat is also great as well, especially with the guitars.ġ - How: This is one of my favorite ICP songs of all time. basic, but describe the situation in a dark and creative way. Not only cuz the chorus bangs like absolute fuck, but it also explains the frustration with the confederate flag that was actually being discussed back in 2014, so it was topical, at least at the time.Ģ - Falling Apart: A lot of my love for this song has to do with the chorus, but the verses are dark enough for what they were going for. The verses tell a very paranoid story about J going on a murder spree despite not knowing where he is, and the song's production compliments the song's atmosphere.ģ - Confederate Flag: This entire song is a callback to Your Rebel Flag off Carnival of Carnage, but I'd say this is a vast improvement. The dark and ominous dubstep-esque production works greatly in this song's favor, and the lyrics, while basic, do have some darkness to them.Ĥ - Shock: This is a very frantic song and it really bumps. Though I have to wonder why this song got a music video and yet no songs off of Foundĥ - Apocalypse: This one is an absolute banger. J and Shaggy have passable verses and Young Wicked does great on this song as he did on the rest of the album. The verses are loud, the chorus by Young Wicked is amazing, and the dubstep-esque beat is pretty good.Ħ - I See the Devil: Probably my least favorite Joker's Card ending track, but it's not bad. The weird chopped up flow that J does is a little bit off-putting, but this song has great production, and Shaggy's verse is good for what it is.ħ - Explosions: This is a song I mainly listen to for the chorus, but I do genuinely like it. I mean, she doesn't really do anything.malicious, as opposed to John who seems like an actual douchebag.Ĩ - Lost: It's a fine opener to the album. Though I do have to ask why Erica is portrayed as a shitty person during J's verse. Admittedly it's done in a less-interesting way, but I guess it's not bad. The chorus of this song is fine, the lyrics are okay, and it probably fucking slaps live, but it's not anything to write home about.ĩ - Vomit: This song is basically Burning Up from Hell's Pit, done with 2 characters living shitty lives before going to Hell. The piano during the chorus was interesting, but J and Shaggy's flows are stilted as fuck with very little in terms of interesting or clever lyrics.ġ0 - Flamethrower: Yeah the first bit of this ranking is song's from the end of the record since admittedly, this record kinda drops in quality past a certain amount of tracks. Oddly enough though, the chorus is kinda hype despite the repetition, which is why I put it above You Should Know.ġ1 - I'll Keep My Hatchet: Another forgotten song.and yeah, this one still isn't great.

It's insanely repetitive, and not in the good way. In the original version of Marvelous Missing Link, the verses consist of a repeated phrase that ends with a different line that rhymes. It's an incredibly forgettable song that kinda deserves to be forgotten.ġ2 - Neighbors Are Fighting: This song should've been good.and it is on Forgotten Freshness Vol. The song is kinda monotonous, with it's constant use of a voice singing "You should know", incredibly boring douchey lyrics, and just an okay beat. With that said, let's begin!ġ3 - You Should Know: Easy pick for my least favorite. Which one is it? We'll have to see my favorite song off the record. They're not perfect albums, and I can list a bunch of problems with them that range from forgettable songs to the weaker lyrics, but I do enjoy them for what they are, and hell.I consider one of the songs on the album to be one of my favorite ICP songs of all time. Select the approximate number of members in your organization. It's been a while since I've done one of these ranking things, so let's continue where we left off!īoth the Marvelous Missing Link albums are generally hated, however I'm one of the very few people who will defend it.
